The purpose of reporting is to
- improve safety.
- strengthen the working environment.
- raise quality.
- minimize environmental incidents.
All employees
- must immediately report unwanted incidents, hazardous conditions and environmental incidents to their immediate supervisor.
- must report needs for changes and quality nonconformities.
- are encouraged to report positive feedback from customers or other external parties.
- are entitled to feedback as soon as possible and within 30 days.
- are entitled to feedback on the reason for closure and any actions taken.
Information
- The immediate manager is automatically assigned as case handler when a report is submitted.
- The Safety Manager at Nordic Crane may change the case handler after assessing the severity of the case and/or the course of events.
- The deadline for case processing is set to 30 days.
- Information must be provided about the reason for closure and any actions taken.
Accident report form
For incidents covered by road traffic legislation, an accident/claims form must be completed and delivered to the immediate manager.
