Responsibility
The Board of Directors and the Managing Director are responsible for health, environment, and safety in the company. The Managing Director is responsible for training and daily follow-up.
The Managing Director, in cooperation with the company’s Safety Manager, is responsible for coordinating safety between the company and external parties.
As an employee, you are responsible for your own and others’ safety by always prioritising “SAFETY FIRST.”
You must comply with applicable laws and regulations, internal rules and instructions, and use the protective equipment required at all times.
Safety Representative Service
Safety representatives are the employees’ representatives in matters of health, environment, and safety.
The safety representative’s task is to ensure that legal and regulatory requirements for health, environment, and safety are met, and that work is planned, organised, and carried out properly within the company.
Safety representatives regularly participate as employee representatives in the company’s Working Environment Committee, and shall take part in safety inspections within their department together with the department manager.
Election of safety representatives is carried out in accordance with the Regulation on Organisation, Management, and Participation, Chapter 3.
Working Environment Committee (AMU)
The Working Environment Committee is a collaborative body aimed at improving the working environment at a workplace. It consists of representatives from both employer and employees. The committee participates in the planning and organisation of health, environment, and safety work.

Stopping Work
If you, as an employee, believe that work cannot continue without endangering life and health, you must stop the work. The immediate supervisor must be notified immediately of the situation and is responsible for clarifying and resolving it.
