- Daily control – the user conducts pre-use inspection.
- Check that the seams are whole and that there is no visible damage to either part.
- Damaged equipment must never be used, it needs to be discarded.
- The equipment must be tested to ensure that they fit the user. In the instruction manual you will find information on how to properly wear the equipment and about its use.
Annual check-up
In accordance with EN 365, all fall protection equipment must be inspected annually or when it has been subjected to abnormal strains. The control must be documented.
Storage and maintenance
The fall protection equipment must be cleaned in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The equipment should be stored in a dry and dark place with good ventilation.
